Meet The Members of Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre Inc.

Key Personnel

Anne Farah Hill – OAM

Chief Executive Officer

Anne Farah Hill OAM has a background in social work and has a Masters of Community Management. Her career in Community Services spans over 40 years managing not-for-profit organisations.

Anne has served on many community Boards and was appointed to serve on a couple of Government Boards supporting the Child Death review Team of the State of NSW to legislate for Change to support minor children in child protection. She also served on the NSW Aged and Disability and Home Care ADAHC consumer Advisory Board providing information and supporting the interest of seniors and people with disabilities, Anne was awarded an OAM in 2019 for services to the Community Sector.

Pamela Clapshaw

President

Pam Clapshaw is a Pastoral Care councilor at St George Public Hospital. Pam has been involved in community care for over 50 years providing counselling in trauma care and disaster management. Pam has served on the Board of KCAC for over 10 years providing governance support and guidance in her position as President of the Board of Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre Inc.

Bart Hellemens

Treasurer

Finance Committee Member

Bart Hellemans has held senior management positions on several financial institutions and governance Boards which have held investments in 10 overseas countries.He possesses risk management control expertise being the chief risk officer for ING financial services in 2011. Bart was a member of the executive committee of Community Specific Banker Association.Bart possesses a degree in applied economics and is a senior advisor of the Advisory Board of Gannyede Partners (based in India).

Alice Michelle Kwong

Secretary

Alice Kwong is a lawyer working full-time on large scale commercial contracts at Amazon. She is passionate about animals, environmental sustainability, human rights and inspiring positive change. Alice joined the KCAC Board and has held the role of Public Officer since November 2018 and Secretary since 2020. She is also the founder of the sustainable social enterprise The Paperwork Collective and serves on the Human Rights Committee for the NSW Young Lawyers association. In her spare time, she enjoys learning to cook, travelling and planning her next adventure.

Marjorie Lotty

Board Member

Marj Lotty is a member on the Board of Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre representing the interest of Seniors in the Kingsgrove area and those that are members of the Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre. Marj has had extensive experience involved in non-for-profit organizations. As a member of the District Fellowship of the Poliomyelitis Society (project housing people with disabilities) since 1977 Marj was an active member of their governance and fundraising arm. She brings her expertise to the Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre to support vulnerable clients and consumer groups.

Sheridan Watts

Member

Sherridan Watts is a dedicated Board Member at the Kingsgrove Community Aid Centre. With an extensive background in private enterprise, she has held various positions, including Accounts Payable & Receivable, Pay Office, Cashiers Office, purchasing, Advertising, and P.A. to the Chemical Operations Manager. Her career culminated as a Materials Manager, responsible for Warehouse & Distribution.

In the education sector, Sherridan served as a School Admin Officer, progressing to School Administration Manager and Business Manager. Even after retirement, her passion for education led her back to work as a casual School Assistant Special Ed. In this role, she offered invaluable support to teaching staff, students, and parents, providing assistance to students across all levels of the Asperger’s Spectrum. Sherridan’s diverse experiences & commitment make her an asset to the KCAC board.
